Our holiday apartments feature a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The rooms are bright and friendly and comfortably furnished and they provide everything you need to enjoy top activity holidays with your beloved ones. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove with 4 hobs and an oven, a fridge and a freezer, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a dining table, tableware and cutlery.
The apartments also feature towels and a hair dryer in the bathroom as well as a cosy couch and a flat TV set with satellite TV in the living room. There is free WiFi Internet access and a room safe. Our apartments are accessible for wheelchairs and suitable for allergy sufferers. For a small surcharge you can bring your pet along.
On request you can order our breakfast service and receive fresh bakery products in the morning. If you’re planning a BBQ in summer, you can use our grill or relax at our sun terrace. There are enough parking spaces in front of our house. Plus, we have a storage room for your skis and other sports gear that is equipped with a shoe dryer.
The most beautiful hiking paths and cross-country skiing trails start a few meters from our house. For families we recommend the skiing area in Niederthai, which is ideal for children and beginners. More advanced skiers are accompanied to the skiing areas Hochötz, Sölden and Obergurgl by the skiing instructors of the ski school Niederthai.
For those who want to explore the possibilities offered for sports enthusiasts in winter on their own, the ski bus that brings visitors to the ski areas around Niederthai runs several times every day.
