Take the motorway A12 from Innsbruck to the Oberland (in the direction of Vorarlberg). Leave the motorway at the exit Ötztal and follow the B176. Pass Sautens and Ötz in the direction of Umhausen. In Umhausen follow the street to Niederthai.

By train

Take the train to the train station in Ötztal-Bahnhof. Then take the bus or a taxi to Umhausen – Niederthai.
